Parking at Holy Brook Car Park will be easier than ever with our new ‘Drive in. Drive out.’ system. Designed for a seamless experience, our smart parking solution eliminates tickets and reduces queues, so you can focus on enjoying your visit to The Oracle.
How It Works
Our new parking system scans your number plate upon entry and exit, automating the payment process for a truly hassle-free experience.
Choose How You Pay
We offer two convenient payment options:
Automatic Payments: Register here, and you’ll be all set to ‘Drive in. Drive out.’ without any extra steps. Payment is taken care of as soon as you exit.
(coming soon) Tap to Pay: Prefer not to register? Just tap your phone on one of the parking posters around Holy Brook Car Park when you’re ready to leave.
Card payments are also accepted at the exit barriers for added flexibility.
Accessibility at Holy Brook Car Park
Holy Brook Car Park includes accessible parking spots, wheelchairs and scooters for hire, and Changing Places toilets. Our Accessibility Guide, developed with AccessAble, provides detailed information to help plan your visit.
Entry between 6am - 6pm Up to 1 Hour - £2.40 1 - 2 Hours - £4.30 2 - 3 Hours - £6.00 3 - 4 Hours - £8.00 4 - 5 Hours - £10.00 5 - 6 Hours - £12.00 6 - 7 Hours - £13.00 7 - 8 Hours - £13.00 Up to 24 Hours - £15.00 Entry after 6pm - 6am Up to 1 Hour - £2.00 Over 1 Hour - £3.50 Lost Ticket / Penalty Fees £20.00 Vehicles entering or exiting outside the evening tariff periods will incur the 6.00am- 6.00pm tariff in addition to the evening tariff.
Payment for parking is by card ONLY
You can now pay for parking via the JustPark app. The code for Holy Brook car park is 817527.

Please note we have a height restriction of 2.1m
We have 37 designated disabled parking bays located on level 1.
We have 23 dedicated family spaces available on level 1.
Shopmobility service operates from level 1 during Monday to Saturday from 10am – 5.30pm, and on Sunday from 11am - 5pm*.
Find 6 electric vehicle charging spaces on level 2. A charge master card is required to use this facility. From 1st June 2022, the cost to charge your vehicle will be 35p per kWh.
