We work in collaboration with AccessAble to give you detailed information about accessibility at The Oracle. They have produced an Accessibility Guide for The Oracle, which includes facts, figures and photographs to help you plan your visit with us. You can read The Oracle’s guide here

The Shopmobility service provides a range of motorised and manual wheelchairs that can be hired free of charge to make getting around the centre that bit easier. It’s available for anyone who needs help with mobility – young or old, whether the disability or injury is temporary or permanent.

The dedicated Shopmobility centre at The Oracle is located in our Holy Brook car park on Level 1. Two forms of ID, one with an address on will be needed to register for the service.
